- Transportation from Delhi to Delhi: AC Semi-Sleeper Volvo Bus or Tempo Traveler, Tempo Traveler/Cab at all other times.
- 4 Nights Accommodation on Sharing Basis: 2 Nights in Hotel (Manali), 1 Night in Hotel/Campsite (Kasol) & 1 Night in Hotel/Homestay (Jibhi/Banjar).
- 8 Meals: Manali (2 Breakfasts+2 Dinners), Kasol (Breakfast+Dinner) Jibhi (Breakfast+Dinner), starting from Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 5.

- Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.
