Detailed Itinerary
Day 1
Srinagar Arrival & Local Sightseeing
On arrival at Srinagar International Airport, enjoy a 35-minute drive through New Srinagar city passing the Abdullah Bridge. Visit famous Mughal gardens — Nishat, Shalimar, Cheshmashahi — along with Hazratbal Shrine, Shankaracharya Temple, and Pari Mahal. Drive back to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar
After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg crossing Kangan, Mammar, and Gagangir. At Sonmarg, take a 3-hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajiwas Glacier. After returning, visit the small town market. Dinner and night stay at Srinagar.
Day 3
Srinagar to Pahalgam
After breakfast, check out and drive to Pahalgam. En route visit saffron fields and Awantipura ruins. Check in to the hotel and relax by the Lidder River.
Day 4
Pahalgam Local Sightseeing
Explore the beautiful valleys of Pahalgam including Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari. You can also visit Baisaran via a scenic pony ride. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 5
Pahalgam – Gulmarg
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg. Enjoy the scenic meadows and take the Gondola ride to higher phases for breathtaking views of snow-clad mountains. Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 6
Gulmarg to Srinagar
Spend some more time in Gulmarg before driving back to Srinagar. Check in to a traditional houseboat and enjoy a tranquil Shikara ride on Dal Lake.
Day 7
Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar International Airport for your onward journey. End of a memorable Kashmir trip.
